Happy New Year! It has been a busy year since I formally launched my website/business. In that time span, I've had the opportunity to work with college, prep, high school, and club teams! I've also worked with individual athletes. I am grateful for these opportunities and enjoying the process.
There continues to be a need to develop mental skills and strategies in various sport settings. With individual athletes, session and strategies are extremely personalized, maximizing benefits. And with teams, I offer valuable team building and skill development sessions. Hot topics range from confidence, recovering from mistakes, grit, team culture and more!
